Our legal advice is tailored to both buyers and sellers, ensuring that the transaction is completed securely and efficiently.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>From the very beginning:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We draft and negotiate the LoI and NDA to protect your interests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>For the seller:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We actively manage due diligence requests from potential buyers, assist with document collection, and respond to inquiries. We also support the setup and preparation of the data room, including drafting the Disclosure Letter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>For the buyer:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We prepare due diligence question lists, analyse the company\u2019s documents, and report our findings comprehensively.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Contractual phase:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We draft the SPA and SHA with all related annexes, review suggested amendments, and conduct negotiations.
