Kubra Engin studied law in Istanbul University Law Faculty and she obtained an LL.M. degree in Banking and Finance Law from Queen Mary, University of London and another LL.M degree on Corporate Commercial Law from Yeditepe University Law Faculty. She worked in Finansbank A.S. as an in-house legal counsel at the contracts department for three years and after this experience she worked at two different leading law firms in Istanbul and gained some valuable experience representing a diverse group of local and foreign clients for more than five years.
Kubra founded Engin Law Firm in 2011, where she specialized in all aspects of commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, project finance deals, corporate transactions, and contracts until 2021.
In 2021, Kubra moved to Paris, France and she worked as an international legal counsel in a reputable French company. In 2024 Kubra joined HARVEY ARASAN ENGIN.
She has been a member of Istanbul Bar since 2004.
She is fluent in English and speaks French.
