From the very beginning:

For the seller:
We actively manage due diligence requests from potential buyers, assist with document collection, and respond to inquiries. We also support the setup and preparation of the data room, including drafting the Disclosure Letter.
For the buyer:
We prepare due diligence question lists, analyse the company’s documents, and report our findings comprehensively.
Contractual phase:
We draft the SPA and SHA with all related annexes, review suggested amendments, and conduct negotiations. Where necessary, we amend the company’s articles of association in line with the SHA and prepare general assembly documents and board resolutions.
At closing:
We finalize all legal documents and ensure the transaction is duly completed – including registration of the share transfer in the company’s share ledger.
